Two teenagers were arrested after an alleged armed robbery attempt at an Opelousas home.
Police say the incident happened on Friday at about 10 p.m. Two people tried to rob a home owner, and fired shots during the attempt, police say.
Sam James II, 18, was booked with attempted armed robbery and attempted second-degree murder.
Another teen, 15-year-old who was not identified because he is a juvenile, also was arrested.
