Teachers in St. Landry Parish got a crash course in Agriculture studies thanks to the St. Landry Farm Bureau.
The Ag in the Classroom workshop was a way for teachers to learn how to improve learning experiences centering around agriculture. Teachers learned activities to help students along with resources to build better academic curriculum in St. Landry Parish School System.
The Farm Bureau says that they hope to enhance agricultural curriculum in St. Landry Parish leaving students with an appreciation for agriculture careers in the parish.
