Several National Guard COVID-19 testing sites closed ahead of Zeta

Several Louisiana National Guard COVID-19 Test sites have been canceled this week.

The closures will be for Tuesday and Wednesday October 27 and 28, 2020 due to Hurricane Zeta.

The locations are below:

Tuesday Oct 27 – New Iberia Helth Unit and ULL - canceled

Wednesday Oct 28 – Acadia Parish Health Unit in Crowley, ULL and St. Landry Melville Civic Center - canceled

Other locations that will remain open this week are below:

8a to 3p St Martin St Martin Health Unit 303 W. Port St, St Martinville

10/29/20

7a to 5p Vermilion Vermilion Parish Health Unit 2501 Charity Street, Abbeville (Flu Vaccine also available)

10/29/20

7a to 5p St Landry Opelousas Civic Center 1638 Creswell Lane, Opelousas (Flu Vaccine also available)

10/30/20

8a to 3p Lafayette Lafayette Parish Health Unit 220 W Willow St, Lafayette (Flu Vaccine also available)

  • Pre-register at www.DoINeedaCOVID19Test.com (onsite registration is available. You must provide a phone number and email address)
  • Wear a Mask
  • Anyone 5 years of age and older can be tested
  • It is a self-administered nasal swab test
  • Results will be available online within 3-5 days
