Second Harvest Food Bank was in St. Landry Parish on Friday to distribute food to the community.
Volunteers gathered at Landmark Christian in Leonville to hand out canned goods and other non-perishable items to those in need.
Today's distribution was one of two in the parish; a distribution also took place at Hope Alliance in Palmetto. These were the final two distributions this week.
