All lanes are now OPEN on I-10 East near Whiskey Bay.
The right lane was blocked temporarily at Mile Marker 127 due to a disabled tractor tailer.
DOTD says that their was some congestion in the area following the lane closure.
All lanes are open on I-10 East at Mile Marker 127 (Whiskey Bay). Congestion is currently three miles in length.
