The United States Postal Service has announced the closure of several more post offices in Acadiana due to Hurricane Delta
The USPS says that the closures were made out of an abundance of caution, and to ensure the safety of both postal customers and employees.
On Thursday, October 8, the USPS announced the first closures in the state due to Hurricane Delta: USPS suspending services to some South Louisiana post offices
Services like mail delivery and retail operations will be suspended at the following Post Office locations:
