Meal distributions happening Thursday for children in St. Landry and Acadia Parish

The Three O'Clock Project will distribute meals to children in Acadia and St. Landry Parish on Thursday, July 16.

Grab and Go Meals will be handed out for children ages 18 and under.

The free grab and go box contains 7 days of meals for children. Kids must be present with a parent or guardian or a Parent Pick Up Form completed.

Thursday, July 16 (St. Landry & Acadia)

  • New Zion Baptist Church, Eunice - 8:30 am - 10:30 am
  • Rice Festival Bulding, Crowley - 9:00 am -11:00 am
  • Opelousas Civic Center, Opelousas - 12:30 pm -2:30 pm

Meals will be handed out on Friday, July 17 at two locations in St. Landry and Acadia.

  • Sunset Community Center, Sunset - 9:30 am -11:00 am
  • Frog Festival Pavilion, Rayne - 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The Three O'Clock Project says that any one 19 years of age and over who has a mental or physical disability (as determined by a state or location education system) and who participates during the school year in a public or private non-profit school program is also eligible for meals.
