The Taco Bell on the Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette’s northside is permanently closed.
Taco Bell announced the closing of the fast food location earlier this year.
A spokesperson with Morgan City-based B&G Food Enterprises told The Advocate in May that the final decision regarding the store would be made by July 1.
The restaurant located at 1224 NE Evangeline Thruway has now been removed from the company’s website.
There are currently 10 Taco Bell locations in Lafayette Parish.
This closure follows a number of business closing or moving off of Evangeline Thruway since the start of the year.
