Foster children will soon have a safe place to spend time with their parents and build relationships in Lafayette.
Kids_Space, an outreach program started by Landmark Church aims to create a comfortable place for children in the foster care system. The church has created rooms where parents can meet with foster children in a safe environment to help build relationships.
The visiting rooms will have furniture, decorations, and toys intended to make visits more enjoyable.
Kids_Space is part of SafeHouse, a community outreach with Landmark Church of Lafayette.
