UPDATE: State Police say that all lanes of I-10 East are now open following a crash this morning. The crash occurred just past Louisiana Avenue and involved two 18-wheelers.
State Police say that those involved in the crash received minor injuries.
The roadway was closed for around two hours as emergency crews worked to remove the two vehicles from the roadway.
Traffic was being diverted to I-49 from I-10 while the roadway was closed. DOTD says that traffic is no longer being diverted. Some congestion remains.
All lanes are open I-10 East at mile marker 105 (past Louisiana Avenue). Congestion has reached the I-10/I-49.
