Twelve students at First Baptist Christian School are being recognized for going out of their way to help students and staff.
As KATC previously reported, Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Goudeau started the H.E.R.O. Program to encourage students to be helpful, encouraging, respectful, and outstanding.
Twelve students were then nominated as this year’s heroes and were honored in a ceremony Friday evening.
