A program of Catholic Charities of Acadiana, St Joseph Diner provides essential services to people experiencing homelessness in Acadiana. On average, St. Joseph Diner shares over 100,000 meals with the hungry each year. In addition to providing a free meal at lunch every day, the Diner creates a shared community space where volunteers and staff can engage with patrons – learning their names and their stories and to accompany them on their journey. These services would be impossible without the support of the community and the generosity of the restaurants participating in this event.
