Heart of Hospice Foundation held its biannual Celebration of Life Butterfly Release on Sunday, April 28.
The event was held at 2:00 pm at Le Barn Rouge on Rue du Belier.
The event is open to anyone who has experienced a loss, not just for those who were in hospice.
The celebration included heartfelt music, activities for young guests, the reading of names of those being remembered, and the release of butterflies.
“It’s a way we at Heart of Hospice give back to our community and remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones,” says event coordinator Bryan Johnson.
All proceeds from the event benefit the Heart of Hospice Foundation. The Heart of Hospice Foundation is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization devoted to helping individuals who need assistance at the end of life.
