Destiny of Faith Church has opened a new church on Patterson Street in North Lafayette.
The recently completed 45,000 square-foot facility capable of seating more than 700 churchgoers. The project started over five years ago with a goal of reaching more of North Lafayette’s community.
The church is moving into the new building from its old quarters on Cameron Street. The church is led by Pastors Ken and Mary Lazard.
The new campus includes a children’s wing, an open lobby, and a full-service cafe. The church family hosted a grand opening celebration this evening.
The church was established 17 years ago.
