Lafayette Police were on the scene of a major crash on the Evangeline Thruway just after 3:30 p.m.
Police say four vehicles were involved. DOTD reports that one lane was blocked. It is unclear if anyone was injured in that crash.
Congestion from that crash reached East University Avenue.
