Messages of hope, pictures and signatures now fill the floor of this year’s St. Jude Dream Home.
The $650,000 home built by McClain Companies is located in the Sabal Palms Subdivision in Broussard.
Today a dedication ceremony was held for the home before the kick-off of the giveaway which starts in three weeks.
Sponsors say it’s one goal that draws them back to help every year.
“It continues the momentum what we are looking to do is raise about 1.25 1.3 million dollars to send to the hospital to help them fight for cures for cancers so every little event like this becomes a stepping stone to the ultimate goal,” Bryan McLain, owner of McClain Companies.
