Two Lafayette men have been arrested in the October death of Deamondre Arceneaux, 19, of Lafayette.
On October 21, 2018, Carencro Police Department began investigating the death of Arceneaux, according to Carencro Police Chief David Anderson.
After a lengthy investigation, Carencro Police Detectives have arrested Quentin Washington, 20, and Tyron Coates, 21. Both have been charged with one count of second-degree murder.
Washington is incarcerated at Riverbend Correctional Center and Coates is incarcerated at Caldwell Correctional Center. Both will remain incarcerated on other unrelated weapons charges.
