A Lafayette man was arrested on Monday after police say he was allegedly found to be in possession of child pornography.
Lafayette Police say 28-year-old Seth Burch was arrested and booked on charges for Possession of Pornography Involving a Juvenile.
During an investigation, detectives say they uncovered several images of possible juveniles on Burch’s cell phone. Police say they believe Burch was also allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior with juveniles in or around the Lafayette area. The behavior, police say, occurred at church functions, youth groups, and at other various jobs that Burch worked.
An investigation remains ongoing.
