LAFAYETTE – It’s officially Girl Scout cookie season!
The Girl Scouts of Louisiana – Pines to the Gulf held a ribbon-cutting Thursday afternoon at their headquarters on Kaliste Saloom Road.
Be on the lookout. You’ll soon be seeing these uniformed entrepreneurs and their yummy cookies.
“We anticipate that over 3,000 cookie entrepreneurs will be out there over the next couple of months, running their cookie businesses. And, they are likely to sell just over 900 thousand boxes of Girl Scout cookies,” said CEO Rachel Broussard.
