Prairie Elementary School is on a roll with its latest fundraiser.
The school is hosting its annual skate-a-thon to raise money for its physical education department.
For a donation of 15 dollars or more, students can skate around with their friends for two hours.
“I think the drive is one, it helps us raise money for our school, but two, it’s a fun way to do it. Easy way. The kids love it. They’re getting physical activity at the same time it’s helping out their school,” said Meg Soprano, P.E. Teacher.
