One Myrtle Place Elementary student is getting a chance to experience his dream job.
Christopher Tyler wants to be a firefighter when he grows up, so the area fire station helped him achieve that dream today.
They surprised him at the school and let him ride the fire truck.
“It was fun,” said Christopher. “It was very fun, and I never been on a fire truck before.”
Christopher’s mother also shared in his excitement.
“I am excited and very happy for him that he made it to this point and got to see a fire truck because he says he wants to be a firefighter when he gets old,” said Carla Tyler.
