The Lafayette Consolidated Government – Community Development Department will conduct the first of two public hearings required for its U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 2019 Annual Action Plan on January 7 at 5:15 p.m. at The Greenhouse Senior Center, 110 NE Evangeline Thruway Lafayette. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss: the amount of federal entitlement funding available during program year 2019; the types of non-profit activities that will be considered for funding; the application process; and the Community Development Department’s previous year’s accomplishments.
