A Lafayette Parish grand jury has indicted a Vermilion Parish man in connection with a September rape.
Aaron Jade Langley, 34, of Abbeville, was indicted on a charge of felony second-degree rape in the September 18 incident.
If convicted, Langley faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison, with a possible maximum of 40 years in prison. At least two years of any sentence must be served without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
