Some in Lafayette spent An Evening Under the Oaks while getting a sneak peek at the new Moncus Park.
Attendees had the opportunity to tour Phase 1 of construction and mingle with guests under the oak trees while enjoying drinks before a complimentary dinner.
Money raised from ticket sales will further fund projects at the park.
