A stop in Lafayette will be part of a seven-city tour by the Daughters of St. Paul Choir.
The Glorious Night Christmas Concert, set for December 5 at Angelle Hall on UL’s campus, will feature favorite Christmas hymns, contemporary Christmas songs, acapella and harp pieces by the Sisters.
The event is described by promoters as “family friendly, inspirational and fun.” The sisters have performed for more than 20 years to crowds all over the country.
Today, the choir’s coordinator was visiting Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church to hand out pamphlets about the group and the concert. This is the choir’s first performance in Lafayette.
