Baton Rouge Police Detectives are investigating the death of a Carencro man who died in a drive-by shooting this morning.
Ketron McDonald, 22, was shot around 4 a.m. in the 700 block of the eastbound side of the Interstate.
Baton Rouge Police say they believe he was shot by a passing vehicle while driving his Nissan Altima on the interstate. McDonald’s vehicle was struck by another vehicle on the highway after he was shot, police say.
McDonald died at the scene, they say.
There are no known suspects or motives at this time.
