LAFAYETTE – If you’re thinking past Halloween and looking to get into the Christmas spirit, volunteers are needed to help set up Noel Acadien au Village this year.
Organizers say they are looking for people who can work two to three weeks in November where they will help with setting up thousands of lights and decorations.
This year, LARC’s Acadian Village is teaming up with LUS Fiber. There will be an additional 40,000 lights for their new animated Enchanted Forest.
This will be LARC’s 38th year of putting on Noel Acadien au Village, which raises money for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
