Prosecutors say a woman from Louisiana has come forward with claims she was raped by a Lafayette-born surgeon and his girlfriend.
According to the Los Angeles Times, that victim approached the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. That alleged incident happened more than 20 years ago.
So far, prosecutors say more than a dozen women and one man have come forward with allegations against Robicheaux and Ceressa Riley.
Robicheaux and Riley are facing multiple charges, including rape by drugs. They have been released on $100,000 bond. Both deny the charges.
