Lafayette Utilities System has arrived in North Carolina to help out local communities there should they lose power.
In a video on Facebook, ElectriCities of NC posted a video of LUS truck riding into the region ahead of Hurricane Florence.

Numerous other groups from Louisiana and Acadiana have made the trip to the Carolinas to assist as Florence moves closer to shore.
Today Acadian Companies shared a photo of their 16 ambulance vehicles and 38 employees in South Carolina.
