Class at UL starts this week for freshmen, and next week for upper classmen, but the students began moving into their dorms on Monday.
UL staff were on hand to help students with the process.
“They pull up, we take it out the car, and bring it to the room, and during that time, they go to the union to get their key and watch a video on living on campus and being involved, and by the time they come back, their stuff is already in their room, not unpacked, but on their side, on their bed, so when they come, they have no worries, they sign the banner and we just welcome them to UL,” said Jonathan Alexander, with Residential Life at UL.
