UPDATE: Interstate 10 westbound is now open at Whiskey Bay. State Police have stopped diverting traffic at Ramah.
Both westbound lanes were closed for almost four hours today after a vehicle fire.
DOTD says congestion has reached the 10-12 split in Baton Rouge.
