A woman working for the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office as a baliff has been arrested for domestic violence.
She has been terminated, a spokesman for the sheriff said.

Francine Romero, 41, was arrested on Saturday and booked on Sunday with domestic abuse battery. She was booked into the Iberia Parish prison, records show. She has since posted $2,500 bond and been released.
