If you’re in downtown New Iberia, you may notice something different.
The water coming from fountain at city hall has been dyed green ahead of St. Patrick’s Day.
The New Iberia Marching Men hosts the event every year in celebration of the city’s Irish heritage.
The event serves as a preview to the group’s St. Patrick’s Day march down Main Street.
St. Patrick’s Day is Sunday, March 17.
