The Iberia Parish School Board is moving forward with a proposed rezoning.
Students who attend Dodson Elementary School will be reassigned to either the new Belle Place Elementary or North Lewis Elementary schools as early as next school year.
A board member tells KATC Dodson faculty members attended the meeting and were in support of the change.
