Veterans Day may have passed, but some veterans in New Iberia are being honored today for their service.
A local quilting group made what they’re calling “quilts of honor” for the veterans.
The veterans were presented the quilts at the St. Peter Branch Iberia Parish Library.
World War II, Vietnam and Korea veterans were in attendance.
