A New Iberia rice mill is opening its doors to local vendors and the public.
Conrad Rice Mills held its inaugural crafts and food fair at its Konriko company store grounds. Vendors were able to set up and sell their goods from booths located on the grounds.
Organizers say it’s an opportunity to show people in the area what they and other businesses have to offer.
Conrad Rice Mill is the oldest rice mill in America, according to the company.
