Lafayette Consolidated Government’s Public Works Department announced that the Gateau Road Bridge crossing Coulee Ile Des Cannes Lateral 18 will close starting Friday, August 19 for bridge repairs for approximately six weeks, weather permitting.
Detour routes will be available. Motorists will be directed to use LA 93.
