FEMA is providing walk-up services to provide another option to expand the reach of personal assistance when the drive-thru option is unavailable.
Walk-up services are provided at local sites for initial registration services and limited technical support for current applications while still maintaining social distancing. No document services are provided.
FEMA reminds that public that these centers operate under strict COVID-19 protocols to ensure visitors are safe. Masks or face coverings are required for entry and service.
