The Rendez-vous des Cajuns Music Show is set to take place tonight at the Jean Lafitte National Park in Marrero.
The usual home to the show, the Liberty Theater, is still without air conditioning.
Activities for tonight's event include:
4 PM - Cooking Demonstration with Tonya Andrus cooking Red Beans & Sausage with Corn Bread.
6 PM to 7:30 PM - The "Rendez-vous des Cajuns" Cajun Music show with performance by:
Zachary Fuselier on the fiddle
Jacob LeBlanc on accordion
Paul Fruge on rhythm guitar
Keith Richard on drums
Emcee: Fred Charlie
The show and all activities are free and open to the public of all ages.
