The deadline is nearing to register for A Mile for Miles, a virtual walk/run benefitting Miles Perret Cancer Services.
You can choose your course and walk or run one mile with family and friends anytime between November 22 and November 29.
The event is taking the place of the organization's annual Camellia Gleaux Run.
Registration alone qualifies you for some pretty great prizes.
"The best part about this event is that with your registration fee, you receive a long sleeve event t-shirt, some great swag, and everyone will be automatically entered for a chance to win a $1,000 gift card," explained Sherry Hernandez, Community Liaison for Miles Perret Cancer Services.
Online registration closes at 11:59 p.m. next Monday, November 16.
