They were told a family member, 25-year-old Erixon Aguilar-Cabieles, of Lake Charles, had bound Didier’s wrists and ankles with a cable wire and left him face down in the bed, leaving him immobilized and unable to care for himself, the spokesperson says.

Didier was found unresponsive several hours later by family members., which is when they called 911.

Erixon was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center with negligent homicide. His bond is still pending.
