R.W. Vincent Elementary School in Sulphur will dismiss early today due to a power outage on campus.
According to the Calcasieu Parish School Board, students will be dismissed beginning at 1:00 pm. Dismissal will follow all normal procedures.
Officials say students will follow all normal transportation plans.
