Lake Charles Police are asking for help in solving a fatal hit-and-run that happened Friday.
Police were called to 10th Street and Fourth Avenue after 9 p.m. Friday. They found a man had been struck by a vehicle and killed.
Thomas Bottoms Jr., 54, died in the crash, police say.
Sgt. Sammy Kingsley with the Lake Charles Police Department Traffic Division is requesting the public’s assistance in learning more about this incident.
