According to DOTD, The left lane of I-10 East at LA 95 (Austria Road) is now OPEN after being blocked by a disabled tractor trailer.

This incident is separate from the overturned 18-wheeler that has closed I-10 East near the Ambassador Caffery exit. That incident began early this morning.
