State officials from across Acadiana competed in the Frog Leg Etiquette Eating Contest today.
If you didn’t know, there’s a proper way to eat frog legs in the City of Rayne.
Fans of Carencro Mayor Mayor Glenn Brasseaux cheered him on as he ate his frog legs with a fork and knife.
Ultimately, State Representative John Stefanski reigned supreme.
The festival has a lot to offer, including food, music, and arts and crafts.
And, rain isn’t ruining party this festival! It’s going on until 10:30 p.m.
