The victim in Wednesday night’s shooting in Crowley has died.
Police Chief Jimmy Broussard says that the victim, identified as 33-year-old Eric Clement of Crowley died at a local hospital Wednesday. He was shot multiple times according to police.
The shooting happened on West 5th Street and N Avenue B at around 7:30 p.m. March 27, 2019.
No suspects have been determined in this case. Broussard told KATC that witnesses saw several suspects in a vehicle that left the scene.
Several shots from that vehicle went into a home but no one in that home was injured.
The investigation is still ongoing.
