A 21-year-old man from Rayne is accused of having sex with someone under the age of 13.
Acadia Parish Sheriff K.P Gibson says Logan Scott Roy had sex with the victim in mid-January.
According to the sheriff, although the relationship between Roy and the victim was allegedly consensual, he was arrested for first-degree rape, being that he is an adult and the victim was under 13.
Logan Scott Roy was arrested and booked into jail Friday.
