The victim in the Friday afternoon shooting in Rayne remains in intensive care in stable condition.
No arrests have been made, police tell us Saturday. The investigation remains ongoing.
Police say the person was shot in the leg at the corner of Bailey and W Jeff Davis avenues around 3:30 p.m. and airlifted to the hospital.
