The ASSIST Agency, Inc. is taking applications for Toys for Tots sponsored by the US Marines.
Applicants must reside in the parish in which they apply. Children up to 12 years old and special needs children ages 12 and above will be considered to receive Toys for Tots. Proof of need and identification is required. Parent’s photo ID and either each child’s Medicaid card or the SNAP printout with each child’s name listed must accompany the application.
Beginning Monday, October 22, 2018, applications are available for pick up from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday at the ASSIST Agency Offices:

Applications must be turned in to the offices in person. Deadline for turning in completed applications with all necessary documentation is November 14, 2018, at 3:00 pm. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. The agency does not accept faxed, mailed, or emailed applications.
