An Amber Alert has been issued for a 14-month-old boy missing from Poteet, Texas.
Edgar Nathaniel Jesus Collins is thought to have been abducted by a woman named Catherline Angeline Ocon, a 28-year-old white female, police in Atascosa County say.
Ocon is 5 feet 4 inches, about 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She's driving a blue 1999 Plymouth Voyager van with a Texas license plate number of Isj8380.
Police believe Edgar is in grave or immediate danger. Anyone with any information on the missing child or on Ocon's whereabouts is asked to call the Atacosa County Sheriff's Office at 830-769-3434.
